Free standard UK delivery on orders £5.99 and over. For smaller orders, the available charge is shown in your basket before payment. Delivery options depend on your address and the items in your order.
Own-stock ink: next posting day dispatch
Orders placed Monday to Thursday are sent the following day. Friday orders are sent on Saturday; Saturday and Sunday orders are sent on Monday. Bank holidays may move dispatch to the next available posting day. We do not promise same-day dispatch.
Free standard delivery
Small ink cartridges suitable for large letter travel by Royal Mail 48. Ink bottles and larger cartridges, including Brother LC3219XL, LC422/LC422XL, LC426/LC426XL and HP 953/953XL, travel by InPost. If your basket contains both small cartridges and parcel items, the parcel delivery options apply. Delivery is estimated in 2–3 working days after dispatch; check your basket for the service offered.
Choose a Royal Mail tracked service
Royal Mail Tracked 48 — £2.99 per order: estimated delivery in 2–3 working days after dispatch.
Royal Mail Tracked 24 — £3.90 per order: next working day delivery aim after dispatch. This is not a next-day-from-order guarantee. Both options are offered for eligible own-stock items, including parcels normally sent with InPost. The next posting day dispatch schedule still applies.
Original ink supplied separately
Supplier-fulfilled OEM ink uses Supplier courier — estimated delivery in 2–3 working days. Royal Mail upgrades do not apply to these items. Printer delivery follows the estimate on its product page. Orders containing both own-stock and supplier products may arrive in separate parcels; an upgrade applies only to the own-stock part.
