Refunds, Exchanges and Returns Conditions

 

How to start a return?

If you need to return any product(s) purchased from Ink-Prints, you must obtain Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) number FIRST by contacting our customer service at [email protected] before sending anything back.

Please note that a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) is REQUIRED to be included with all returns so that we can process your return efficiently. The RMA number must be clearly visible on the outside of your package and any unauthorised returns may be disposed of without notification. 

RMA must be requested within 25 days of the order date. Seller is unable to make refunds for any orders returned without RMA.

Any collection details and return address will be provided alongside with RMA number.

We do advise to ship your returns via a traceable method such as Royal Mail recorded and keep a copy of the tracking number. If the package is lost or not delivered to us, we will not be able to issue the refund.

Please note that all returned cartridges must be at least 70% full to be accepted. Unfortunately, in our experience some people have used the entire cartridge and then sent it back asking for a refund. If a returned cartridge is less than 70% full, we will notify you by email. If you want the cartridge back, we can ship it at your expense, as long as it is claimed within 15 days from the date you were notified.

 

What you need to include with your return?

Buyer shall return the products to Ink-Prints in their original packaging, bags, boxes and enveloped which is vital for our team to process any refund or exchanges along with the original invoice or copy of the invoice. If buyer is unable to provide an invoice please include a covering letter specifying or name, address, contact details and order number and explaining what is the issue with the product and / or the reason for the refund.

We accept non-OEM remanufactured or compatible cartridges for return under the following policy. We allow returns for refunds for thirty days from the date of shipment. Unopened product or product that cannot function can be returned up to 30 days upon receiving all the info requested by the seller.

 

How long does it take for your return to be processed?

It takes standard 3-5 business days for your return to arrive in our returns department and up to 10 business days for it to be processed from the date and time it reaches our returns department. Please note that once the refund is processed it may take 3-10 business days for your debit or credit card bank to process the payment back into your bank account.

 

 

Returns and exchanges for products bought as part of any promotion.

If you wish to exchange any product purchased as part of any promotion please note that you will need to make a payment for the difference between the two orders.

 

Wrong items shipped

If you believe you have received the wrong product, please make sure not to open it. You have 30 days from the date of the purchase to initiate a return authorization request.

 

Returns outside of policy or without prior engagement

For any returns received outside of the above policy, items will be held for a maximum of 7 working days. Printerinks will attempt to contact the customer via phone and email but if no contact is made or successful response received within the 7 day period, Printerinks will recycle or dispose of the products accordingly.

 

DAMAGE OR LOSS OF GOODS IN TRANSIT
Seller will only accept the responsibility for loss or damage to goods in transit prior to passing the risk if the buyer will notify the seller within two working days of delivery in case of damage and / or within 2 working days from the date of receipt of invoice in case of loss or non-delivery.
The seller will not accept any claims for shortages or damage unless a clear receipt has been given to the seller or it’s agent.
If buyer is unable to examine the goods on the delivery, delivery documents presented to the buyer should be signed as ‘Unexamined’ and any shortage or damage discovered after the examination of the goods need to be notified to the seller within maximum 2 working days after delivery.
Specification
The seller accepts no responsibility regarding fitness for purpose of the products supplied where the products are manufactured or adapted to the buyer’s own specification, and those goods are not returnable for credit without the prior agreement from the seller.
