Efficient and Complimentary Shipping Services

For orders exceeding £35 on ink and toner cartridges, complimentary delivery within the UK and Channel Islands is provided.

Orders below £35 will incur a flat shipping fee of £3.9 for Royal Mail 24, £3.65 for Royal Mail 48, or an additional charge for express delivery options.

Orders received by 6:00 AM are typically dispatched on the same business day. Orders placed after this time will be dispatched on the following business day. Orders made after 6:00 AM on Friday will be dispatched on Monday.

Kindly note that recent adjustments to our delivery policy were necessitated by increased shipping costs. This measure ensures that we maintain competitive product prices while providing quality service.

Delivery Services

Our letter-sized packages are dispatched via Royal Mail 24, while parcel-sized packages are sent using Royal Mail 48.

Royal Mail 24 aims for over 90% delivery within the next working day, though delivery may take 1-3 working days. Similarly, Royal Mail 48 targets over 90% delivery within 2 working days, with an average delivery time of 3-5 working days.

For larger orders, we may opt for next-day courier delivery, at no extra cost, as couriers often offer more reliable service for such shipments.

Urgent Orders

For urgent requirements, guaranteed next working day delivery is available (subject to stock availability) for an additional charge of £6.99. Saturday delivery is also an option, with pricing dependent on the chosen delivery window.

Delivery Times

While most deliveries are prompt across the UK, remote, highland, or island locations may experience slight delays. Certain postcode areas may be affected, including PA, HS, KA, ZE, TR, JE, GY, BT, IM, IV, AB, DD, KW, PH, and PO30-41.

Tracking Your Order

Royal Mail 24 and Royal Mail 48 provide tracking updates upon attempting delivery. If tracking information is unavailable, it indicates that your parcel is en route. Delays within the postal system are rare, but during peak periods like Christmas, New Year, and Bank Holidays, please allow up to 15 days for delivery.

In the event of non-receipt within 15 working days, please contact us for tracking assistance. Lost parcels are often found at local Royal Mail sorting offices or with neighbors. Compensation for lost parcels is limited to the cost of goods ordered.

Upon dispatch, you will receive an email notification, including a tracking number for next day delivery items.

If you miss the delivery, you will receive a calling card with instructions for retrieval. Failure to collect within 7 days may result in return and an administrative fee of £3.89. Complaints regarding undelivered items should be directed to Royal Mail or the courier company.

Expedited Shipments

Please note that expedited shipments will forfeit the expedited shipment charge. This policy does not affect your statutory rights.
