FAST & FREE DELIVERY

 

All orders above £35 for ink and toner cartridges qualify for free delivery  within UK and Channel Islands.

Any orders below £35 will have a flat charge shipping of £3.9 for Royal Mail 24 , £3.65 for Royal Mail 48 or extra for one of the express delivery methods

All orders received by 6:00am are normally dispatched on the same business day. Orders received after 06:00am will be dispatched on the following business day. Orders placed after 06:00am on Friday will dispatched on Monday.

Please note we recently had to charge for delivery in order to be able to maintain the best prices for you as the shipping cost have gone up 3 times in last year we had to either increase the price of the product or start to charge for shipping. This way we can make sure you have the best price possible.

 

Delivery Services

 

All our letter size packages are dispatched using Royal Mail 24.

All our parcel size packages are dispatched using Royal Mail 48.

Royal Mail 24

Royal Mail aims to deliver over 90% of 1st class packages by the next working day, excluding bank holidays and Sundays. As next day delivery by this method is not guaranteed, Royal Mail will normally take 1-3 working days for delivery.

Royal Mail 48

Royal Mail aims to deliver over 90% of 2nd class packages within 2 working days, excluding bank holidays and Sundays. However this is not guaranteed, Royal Mail will normally take 3-5 working days for delivery.

We may upgrade your delivery method (at our cost) to a next day courier delivery for larger orders. For larger orders, we find couriers offer a better service than available from the Royal Mail.

 

URGENT ORDERS

 

If you urgently require your order, we provide guaranteed next working day delivery (subject to stock availability) at an additional charge of £6.99. Saturday delivery is also available (prices dependent on delivery window).

 

Delivery Times

 

Most delivery times are usually consistent throughout the UK, there are times when remote, highland or island locations may take a little longer to arrive. Parts or all of the following post code areas can occasionally be affected:
PA, HS, KA, ZE, TR, JE, GY, BT, IM, IV, AB, DD, KW, PH and PO30-41

 

TRACKING YOUR ORDER

 

Royal Mail 24 and Royal Mail 48 will update their tracking info once they try to deliver your parcel. If you trying to track your item and nothing is coming up it means your parcel is still on its way to you.
           
Occasionally, there may be delays within Royal Mail postal system. Although delays are rare, please allow 15 days for your order to arrive, particularly during the peak periods around Christmas, New Year and Bank Holidays. Unfortunately, we cannot start tracking parcels until this time has elapsed.

If you do not receive your goods within 15 working days you should contact us and we will be able to track your delivery via the Royal Mail & our couriers.

Please note, over 50% of lost parcels are often just waiting to be collected from a neighbour or a local Royal Mail sorting office, so please check there first. Compensation is limited to the cost of the goods ordered and will take the form of a replacement or a refund.

When your order is dispatched you will receive an email notification. Customers who have items being dispatched for next day delivery should also get a tracking number and a link to the respective tracking webpage.

If you are not available to receive your item - Regardless of whether it is Royal Mail or Courier that tries to deliver your order, you should get a calling card.

This card should give instructions on what to do next to get your item. Generally items will be returned to the depot for your collection within 7 days, please follow the instructions on the card. Important: If you fail to obtain your order within seven days it will be returned to us as 'not called for'.

If your order is returned to us and reason given by Royal Mail is "Not called for" or "Refused" or "Gone away" (or similar) you will be charge a flat rate admin fee of £3.89 to cover the cost of postage and handling. If you did not receive a 'While you were out' card you will have to make a complaint to Royal Mail or courier company as it is their responsibility not ours.

 

Please note Expedited shipments will lose the expedited shipment charge.

This does not affect your statutory rights.
