Choose the 104 family listed here. Check your full printer model and the product contents before ordering: printers with similar names can use different ink.
Ink sets vary by family and pack size. Check the product page for the exact colours included. Choose an individual colour if that is all you need. Multipacks may contain extra black bottles or several sets; check each product page for its exact contents.
Follow your printer's user guide and the instructions supplied with the bottles. Match each colour to its tank, keep the bottle and printer upright, and stop at the indicated fill level. Never force a bottle into a tank opening.
These products are sold as replacement printer ink. They are not described as sublimation ink; do not choose them for that purpose.
Check the ink level and use the nozzle-check procedure in your printer's user guide. Follow the recommended cleaning steps if the pattern has missing lines. If the problem remains, contact us with your model number and a photo of the nozzle-check pattern.
